Pickup Process

Select “Local Pickup” at checkout

Local pickup is always free!

You’ll receive an email or Instagram message within 48 hours

Make sure to check your spam folder/message requests. I’ll share the exact address for pickup and we’ll arrange a day and time that works for you.

Treasures will be waiting for you on the porch

Please arrive within your pickup window - your purchase will be labelled with your name and order number.

Things to Note

  • Haven’t heard from me within 48 hours of purchase? Check your spam folder or message requests on Instagram - if there’s still no message, feel free to reach out.

  • You will be contacted via phone ONLY if I cannot reach you via email or Instagram.

  • Pickups must be arranged within 2 weeks of purchase, unless we’ve discussed extenuating circumstances (e.g., if you’ll be out of town or have an emergency, touch base and we’ll figure it out).

  • Pickups are arranged in 2-hour time windows. If something unexpected comes up and you have to move your timeslot, please let me know as soon as you can via email or Instagram.

  • If the weather’s looking nasty, or if an item is particularly large or delicate, I’ll hold your purchase inside for you until you arrive. In this case, just ring the doorbell to summon your vintage treasure!

  • I usually wrap up smaller items in brown paper or a paper bag so they’re easy to bring home; however, larger and odd-shaped items may not be possible to wrap, so it’s a good idea to bring some clean blankets or towels to protect your piece while transporting it home.

Pickup Location

Pickups are in the Durand neighbourhood of Hamilton near the intersection of Main Street West and Queen Street South. The map below shows an approximate pickup area - the exact address will be sent to you after purchase.
