Shipping Info

Shipping is new to me, so I’m testing it out before adding it as a fulfillment option to the website.

If you live within Canada and would like to request shipping on an eligible item, there are two options:

1. Buy after shipping is estimated: Reach out to me before purchasing an eligible item and let me know you’d like it shipped. I’ll get back to you with a total price for the item + shipping, which must be paid via e-transfer before your item is shipped. This option gives you a better sense of the shipping cost before committing to purchase, but means that until I receive your e-transfer, the item is still up for grabs with other customers.

2. Buy first, ship after: Purchase the eligible item on the website and select “Shipping on request”. I will get back to you with a quote for shipping which must be paid via e-transfer before your item is shipped. This ensures the item is held for you while I get your shipping quote together, but means that you won’t know the exact shipping cost until after purchase.

Thank you for your patience as I fine-tune this new fulfillment method for orders! I want to ensure that I can offer the best possible service to Tessellate customers before adding this as a permanent option to the website. I will announce any updates about shipping here and on Instagram.
